​Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Project manage and execute key employee engagement programs, including enterprise awards and recognition programs such as the Applause recognition system and bi-annual CEO Award.

• Utilize exceptional written and verbal communication skills to promote engagement and drive campaigns internally.

• Benchmark competitor culture strategies and make recommendations on innovative approaches to increase engagement and retain talent.

• Manage vendor relationships and oversee budgets, manage scopes of work, and negotiate contracts.

Necessary Skills / Attributes:

• Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels within an organization.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once and prioritize based off of changing business priorities.

• Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously; Self-initiative along with the ability to respond quickly to client requests and foster professional business relationships; Innovative self-starter with passion for excellence.

• Comfortable working with teams in different office locations, and promoting teamwork.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, finance, supply chain

Experience:

• Must Have1-2 years of experience preferred in Project Management, Engagement, Communications, Marketing, or HR.

Must have Soft Skills:

• Interest in and ability to manage employee engagement and recognition programs, supporting a team that drives a robust set of culture and engagement initiatives.

• Ability to multi-task; Self-starter along with the ability to respond quickly to client requests and foster professional business relationships.
