Job Description:

• Working knowledge of Agile Methodology (ideal within Marketing organizations)

• Knowledge of campaign management, workflow and collaboration technologies, especially JIRA, Teams, Monday.com, Wrike, etc.

Skills:

• Experienced in establishing operating rhythms within marketing.

• Technical acumen and understanding of leading marketing tools, platforms, and Agile ways of working.

Competencies:

• Collaborative contributor who is comfortable communicating across business, technology, legal, privacy, and compliance teams.

• Ability to translate business objectives into operational requirements.

• Ability to manage work across multiple functions and business units.

Required Education and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations roles; last 2+ years orchestrating leading class governance and processes.

• 1+ year of experience working in an Agile Marketing environment.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• 2+ years of Financial Services industry experience is preferred.

• 1+ year managing teams and/or Pods in an Agile delivery methodology.

• Global marketing operations experience.
