Job Description:

• Education:

• B.S. or BA in Natural Science or Engineering

• ISO 22301 certification a plus

• Experience / Knowledge Desired:

• 1-2 years of knowledge and expertise of the Pharmaceutical Global Drug Development processes

• 3-5 years of knowledge and expertise in Risk Management practices and risk related controls.

• 1-2 years R&D site based experience in lab operations, preferred including participation on Emergency Response and Crisis Management teams

• Strong knowledge of business continuity management and governance frameworks, business continuity best practices, and resilience methods.

• Experience with international BCM standards by NFPA, BCI and DRII, and ISO preferred.

• Capability to align business partners around risk mitigation approach including third parties (CROs), EHS, Procurement, Global Quality
  Strong organizational skills.

• Excellent communication skills, especially related to facilitation, documentation and reporting.

• Working knowledge of MS Office tools and Sharepoint.
