    The Requirements:

    MUST: 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst focused on human resources technology

    A strong effective communicator that can engage with various groups across multiple times zones in both spoken and written English

    The ability to proactively drive solutions; influence stakeholders and teams to achieve desired outcomes and results

    Effective management of conflicting priorities with multiple deliverables

    A proven track record of HR Systems (in particular Recruitment Systems)

    Confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders and teams in order to drive solutions and achieve desired outcomes/results

    Strong critical thinking, conceptual and analytical skills

    Good knowledge of and previous experience of project management lifecycle, key elements of project planning and governance

  • The Role

    works with the HRIT team to ensure that the system is running effectively and all necessary integrations into TA Cloud (TAC) and out of TAC are running smoothly. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving user issues before escalating on to HRIT

    Foster a strong partnership with the recruitment function global process owners and managing stakeholder expectations

    Deal with any escalated Service Central (SC) tickets from the HR team and work with the HRIT team to ensure issues are resolved as soon as possible and within agreed Service Level expectations

    Manage the configuration change process including message templates, offer letters, and forms (ensuring that the relevant business/compensation/HR/Legal approvals have also been obtained) before passing over to the HRIT team for configuration

    Manage the testing process of all configuration changes made to the system in test environments before they are pushed to production (this would include integrated vendors)

    Manage the approval process for user access to the system

    Monitor Oracle service requests to ensure that responses and solutions are being delivered and request escalations as necessary

    Work with Service Delivery (SD), GHRS teams, and integrated partners (HireVue, Saville, eQuest, HireRight, Sterling, etc.) on new enhancements or service issues that they are facing with the system

    Manage the change requests coming into the HR Systems and Solutions team for TAC, ensuring viability and resource capacity to make changes as well as confirming that they meet the global guiding principles within HR Systems

    Track and project manage deliverables, planning these aspects/activities into the work schedule as well as considering deliverables of other dependencies and resource requirements, keeping stakeholders regularly appraised of progress
