  • ** This role requires that all successful applicants be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of engagement, and provide proof of such vaccination(s) within 3 days of commencement of services. **


  • Minimum of 2 years of Corporate Actions experience

The responsibilities of the Specialist include but are not limited to the following:

  • Process full range of corporate actions such as Unit Splits and Voluntary corporate actions.

  • Perform front to back processing of corporate action events, including payments and reconciliation.

  • Extensive interaction with various departments including international Position Services groups, Prime Brokerage and Controllers.

  • Field high volume of diverse inquiries from various consumers, business units, stakeholders' tax.

  • Scrutinize day to day processes, technology platforms and workflows, and identify and implement opportunities for enhancement and improvement.

  • Participate in system testing and respond to ongoing demands for increased coverage and service.


  • Proficiency in navigating internet and web-based applications.

  • Interpret wide range of reference materials.

  • Utilization of 3rd party information providers interfaces (e.g., DTC, SWIFT, etc.), as well as those of Agents and Exchange.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Detail-oriented, maintains accurate and complete records.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Learns quickly and displays adaptability.

  • Shows initiative, is self-motivated and also works well with a team.

  • Proficient written and verbal communications skills.

  • Write technical documents, business specs, test plans and scripts.

  • Must be detail oriented, organized, and ha​ve the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast paced, deadline driven, risk-oriented environment.

  • Customer service competency is a must with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Good analytical and mathematical skills are needed.

  • Strong skills utilizing DTC (Depository Trust Company ) & Swift messaging for all anticipated voluntary corporate actions is required.

  • The candidate must also be able to verify information, display insight, discretion and good judgment in making decisions and highlighting problems to management.
