Job Duties:

  • Business / Functional Requirements Analysis and project management

  • US & CA Payroll, Payroll & Tax ,systems Integration.


  • Payroll systems

  • Decompose high-level concepts into details and distinguish solution ideas from requirements

  • Design business application from scratch, define user journeys, design conceptual data model and

  • Develop functional design and solutions for inhouse systems, built from scratch.

  • Data modeling for reporting & data warehouse.

  • Analyze and critically evaluate gathered information to resolve conflicts, anticipate issues, and make priority decisions.

  • Developing and executing test plans/scripts

  • Requirements elicitation, requirements and design modeling, documentation and communication

  • Integration experience in  WorkDay, SAP and UltiPro UKG Payroll
