Hybrid role with 3 days on site, 2 remote.
The Equity Trade Support and Service team (ETSS) is responsible for providing direct operational and client service support across the full trade lifecycle of both equity and option orders.
This role entails heavy interaction with financial advisors, MSWM trading desks, and external market centers.
The ETSS Associate would be responsible for the day-to-day support of the trade lifecycle, including order entry exception management, trade adjustments, and reconciliation.
A minimum of 1 year of financial services industry experience
General knowledge of financial markets and investment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with a high degree of attention to detail
Ability to adapt in fast paced environment with focus on
innovation and flexibility
Efficient time management skills and ability to prioritize
competing urgent tasks
Team player with the ability to work effectively in a team or
Ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge
Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
