Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Acts as an expert in the business units supported, and has an understanding of IT and Operations capabilities.

• Responsible for requirements management, approval, change, and traceability.

• Participates in negotiation of agreements and commitments.

• Develops business models to represent requirements, such as use cases, business process flows, and data flow diagrams.

• Provides leadership, guidance, development and coaching to junior business analysts.

• Bachelor's degree Certified Business Analysis professional or an equivalent combination of education and 10 years of relevant experience.
