Job Description :

• ORD owns several functions about managing risk, inclusive of technology tools, databases and taxonomies that contain key operational data. With heightened focus on Process Governance, the Firm is undergoing an initiative to improve the data quality in key areas.

• ORD kicked off an initiative to develop a new Process Instance Library which would serve as an authoritative source of process data for the Firm.

• Workstream: QA Change Life Cycle Reporting Continuous QA Reporting Line of Sight into selective Teams and releases to identify trends in control effectiveness and/or deficiencies within the Change Lifecycle. Work with US based resources to update procedure document(s) and create detailed instructions for new team members Utilize the MS Wealth Tool set to drive ORD MS QA reporting Focus on SDLC3 and MS WMT Policy, Procedures and Toolsets i.e., Dev, DevOps, & Change/Release Utilize legacy eTrade QA Reporting model until Digital Direct migrates to MS environment. Utilize both SDA WMT SDLC release Report TCM Turnover Report(xls) & SDA SDLC3pointOComplains (xls) for QA reporting

• MS PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence

• Documenting processes and best practices

• Ensuring quality within the process
