Validate the accuracy of high-volume, pre-populated information in the complaint intake system and enter additional information and data as applicable in Client's complaint intake and matter management systems.
Assign a responsible professional to investigate the customer complaint allegation.
Respond to questions and inquiries from business and control partners regarding customer complaint intake and coding.
Create ad-hoc reports and generate system-produced reports on a regular, periodic basis for use in identifying key risks and for metrics reporting purposes; and complete other tasks and actions as directed.
