Job Title: Business Analysis Advisor

Location: Franklin, TN.

Duration: 3 Months+

Pay Range :60-65 per hour


Job Description:

  • Primary function is to facilitate reverse engineering, and requirements gathering for migration projects. In order to decommission legacy systems, we need to migrate our clients from the legacy system to another existing application.

  • The BA will be focused on Application-related requirements. Knowledge of Data Exchange is helpful but not required. Healthcare experience is a plus.

  • The BA will need to have strong stakeholder management skillset and ability to manage ambiguity. The migrations BA will work with many different cross-function stakeholders, and should be able to establish credibility quickly, despite limited domain knowledge initially.

  • The BA should be able to resolve open questions efficiently by asking carefully crafted questions to the correct audience.

  • The BA will use creative methods for digging into existing code and configurations, especially given stakeholders demanding schedules and limited time. Key stakeholders will include: Legacy system SME (engineer), Business Project Manager, Technology Project Manager, Engineering teams (ScrumMaster, Dev, QA), Data Analysts, fellow BAs.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience

  • Certificates in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Agile, or SAFe a plus
