Job Description:

Experience:

• The Private Banking Office Associate position requires a high level of client interaction in providing exceptional sales and service.  

• Responsible for following established policies and procedures to resolve customer requests.  

• Individuals at this level are expected to use some independence of thought but refer more complex transactions to other experts.  

• The Private Banking Office Associate will identify cross-sell opportunities and make appropriate referrals.

• Provide assistance to Office Manager for operational and compliance tasks in the day to day operations of the office. 

Skills/Certifications  

• Client Interaction, Teller Processing, Cross Selling, Federal State and local laws.
