The BusinessObjects Developer, BI Client Services, is responsible for providing customer support of BusinessObjects (BOBJ) to the Client’s associates. Responsibilities include issue/request resolution, tool training and use support, system administration, and report development/maintenance. Hands-on experience with BusinessObjects 4.x and experience providing business intelligence support to a large customer base. The BusinessObjects Developer has excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Provide technical support, analysis assistance, and training for the BusinessObjects suite of tools to the Client’s internal customer base.
Expert in the design and development of complex reports using SAP BusinessObjects 4.3 Web Intelligence
Assist with change management efforts to drive the adoption of new BOBJ tools, governance, and reporting processes
Converting SSRS Reports into BO reports
Support the definition and scope for the deployment of BOBJ tools at the Client
Work with the training team to plan, develop, and deliver BOBJ training
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects 4.x to include WEBI, Information Design Tool (IDT)
Ability to analyze complex business reporting requirements and develop innovative solutions
Perform requirement analysis; provide effort estimation Comprehensive knowledge of SDLC and QA/Testing methodologies and deliverables.
