​Job Description:

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Broadcast and Digital Media. Good understanding of accounting as it relates to the Media Broadcasting business. Efficient multitasking and time management skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills. Working knowledge of accounting principles and prior experience with Ad Sales and or advertising a plus. Ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of accounting.

Responsibilities:

  • Process billing adjustment invoices and follow up on outstanding billing adjustment requests. Corresponding with sales, answering questions, and resolving billing issues.

  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure the accuracy of the billing files and creating the monthly billing files for transfer into SAP.

  • Month-end billing process may require flexible working hours. Prepare and email out monthly invoices along with handling ad hoc requests as it pertains to the billing functions.
