Job Description:​

Must-Have List:

  • Bilingual (English and Portuguese)

  • Minimum of 2 years of Help Desk experience

  • Experience with call center telephony and ticket system software such as ServiceNow.

  • Experience supporting applications running on the Windows operating system

  • Flexibility for working hours (Any shift between 7 am thru 7 PM Monday - Friday)
