Bilingual Benefits Coordinator

  • Key responsibilities and duties:
    Supports the administration of company benefit plans including eligibility, enrollment, reporting, and audits
    Provides information to employees regarding benefit rules, plan provisions, and leave entitlements for US, Canada, and Mexico
    Works with benefit carriers to resolve employee complaints and issues
    Assist with review and maintenance of benefit materials and reference information
    Support benefit managers as needed with day to day work and projects as assigned
    Minimum requirements:
    General knowledge of employer group benefit plan administration in the US, Mexico, and Canada
    2-3 years experience supporting leave of absence, paid sick time, and vacation/holiday programs
    Ability to read and interpret benefit plan documents to assist in resolving employee questions
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
    Must be organized and able to manage follow ups independently
    Proficient in standard software (Outlook, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Office)
    Preferred experience:
    Intermediate level skills using Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets
    Working knowledge of benefit regulations and required notices, filings, and communications
    Bilingual.
    Familiarity with CLIENT HCM.
