Avaya CM experience required
Expert knowledge of Contact Center principles including vectoring, variables and Avaya CMS
Avaya CM architecture
Building of phones, routing, network regions.
Good knowledge of:
System and Session Manager
Avaya Aura Messaging Platform
Avaya Application Server (AES)
Avaya Media Server
SIP protocol and troubleshooting
Testing of telephony solutions
PRI and T-1s
Support tools to include ASA, trace tools
Must be Familiar with:
VoIP terms and technologies
WAN and LAN Routing and Switching
Root Cause Analysis
