The Audio-Visual Technician (Level 2) will be responsible for supporting video conference systems, AV equipment and collaboration platforms like Zoom & WebEx.
The ideal candidate should perform well under pressure, enjoy providing exceptional customer service and aspire to be part of a high-performing team.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Support the resolution of Incidents raised through the ticketing process.
Ensure the resolution of tickets meets our defined SLA & KPI targets.
Ensure a consistent customer service experience.
Support AV Inventory Management.
Support the configuration of standard AV components and systems.
2 -3 Years’ experience in audio-visual services.
Experience in general IT support and familiarity with networking concepts.
Experience with Cisco video conferencing.
Experience with AV-over-IP systems.
Experience with Shure Microflex.
Experience with Extron.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions (including in emergencies).
Ability to present ideas in a user-friendly language.
Ready to work independently as part of a distributed team.
Highly self-motivated and directed.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong customer service orientation.
Experience working in a high-performance team and highly collaborative environment.
