  • Opening and tracking Communication tickets using Service now. Manage communication vendors.

  • Experience with IT Ticketing systems and Microsoft Office programs including Excel

  • Position Summary

  • This is not a call center although workers may spend some time on the phone. The function is opening and tracking communication tickets using Service now software and managing communication vendors.


  • High school/ GED required

  • Technical training a plus
