  • The individual will be responsible for creating synergies and consistency of reporting among different services, and to manage, analyze and perform the data reporting function for owned and operated services, as well as 3rd party service partners.

  • Through superior data analytics skills, the individual will provide insightful suggestions to management across all services. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Drive and consolidate services data from various corporate sources to produce useful and actionable reports turning data into information?) and communicate them to audiences within the organization. 

  • Simplify complex data into easy to comprehend analysis. 

  • Identify and communicate anomalies in performance as well as proposed solutions. 

  • Publish daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports. 

  • Develop reporting tools, including dashboards and visualizations, to explain services/business insights. 

  • Blend customer behavioral data to extract trends and responses at a customer cohort level.

  • Demonstrate a propensity for analysis, and the passion working with numbers. 

  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to think methodically, formulate insights, and present compelling cases for action. 

  • Independent thinker who is persistent, resourceful, and resilient. 

  • Comfortable and able to thrive in a matrixed organization. 

  • A self-starter with a positive attitude and a sense of humor. 


  •  BS degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, and/or STEM related field


  • Must Have 12 years of related experience. 

Must have Soft Skills: 

  •  Strong organizational and project management skills. 

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). 

  •  Understanding of various data management and reporting tools (Tableau or similar tools). 

  • Microsoft PowerPoint and Advanced Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, advanced formulas) are a MUST. 

Necessary Skills & Attributes: 

  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all assigned levels within and outside the company. 

  • Review detailed product development, marketing documents and media materials as needed. 

  • Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels. 

  • The ability to develop tasks and work assignments, based on sometime vaguely defined objectives.

Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions: 

  • Work is generally performed in an office environment. 

  • The movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time under 25 pounds. 

  • Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids representative and commonly associated with PCs, printers, and office work areas. 

  • Under very little direct supervision with a high level of responsibility to apply general policies and guidelines where decisions are seldom monitored and consequences of decisions adversely affect operating results and management decisions.

  • Complete access to confidential company data where disclosure may jeopardize the company’s competitive position.
