Job Description:

  • Develop SAS programs to access member claims data on all adjudications platforms to develop samples for all member surveys, including performance guarantees and Mail, Care, Specialty, and

  • Pharmacy Help Desk satisfaction surveys.

  • Writes programs to pull client contact information from our CRMsystems (Salesforce.com), then writes programs in SAS or MS Access tomanipulate the sample to create segment-specific reports of clients whohave been invited to participate in the surveys for sales leaders to reviewand approve.

  • Proactively identifying opportunities to automate processes in order to improve our efficiencies and accuracy.Prior experience in statistical and analysis; data storage and management skills; communications skills, both written and verbal; project management and time management skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members.

  • Experience with statistical software packages (SAS, SPSS)

  • 2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office software (Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

  • 3+ years’ experience in business/corporate environment in a data Experience management role

  • 5+ years’ experience with SAS and/or SQL

Position Summary

  • Manage the sample strategy and process for all our satisfaction and loyalty survey research. Additionally, write programs in SAS, SQL, MS Access and other software tools to access our internal adjudication systems in order to download records of members who have placed claims and create samples that meet the sample plan specifications for satisfaction surveys.

Education

  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree

  • Preferred: Degree in IT or Market Research/Statistics

What days & hours will the person work in this position

  • Mon-Fri 8:30-5:00
