Offer customer support to visitors
Help people using a conference room with simple technology setup task in the rooms
Provide administrative class support to instructors and Client team members hosting events
Help coordinate schedule of events, including tours, onsite classes, meetings, etc.
Pre-register class visitors at security kiosks
Check guests in to security kiosks
Provide facilities support:
Onsite point of contact for porters
submit facilities fix tickets for any issues
order materials and supplies
Support the Tool Lending Library (TLL):
schedule tool pick-ups and drop-offs
keep accurate tool loan records
maintaining our inventory of tool; keep them clean, organized and ready for our customers.
Attention to detail
Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Sharepoint, PowerPoint and Teams, Bilingual Spanish/English
