Job Description

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

  • To coordinate administrative support functions. handle event coordination for training services to clients, and support services activity scheduling for unit.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assigns and directs work and supports colleagues.

  • Coordinates administrative support functions and/or activities.

  • Identifies and resolves problems and issues.

  • Provides coordination, training service coordination and support for unit and clients.

  • Provides systems administration and/or technical support for unit and clients.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Supports the organization's quality program(s). Travels as required.

  • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education & Licensing Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

  • Experience Two (2) years of experience in general office administrative duties or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • Skills & Knowledge Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills PC literate, including Microsoft Office products Analytical and interpretive skills Strong organizational skills Good interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.
