Job Description:

  • We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to VP level executives with the objective of ensuring timely coordination of meetings, travel, expenses, deliverables and day to day activities.

  • We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team.

  • The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules is essential in this position.

  • The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized.

  • Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.

  • Will be responsible for both general operational activities and executive administrative tasks

  • Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments; ensure that the executives stay on track during their day; prioritize meeting requests and handle conflicts or scheduling changes proactively

  • Provide administrative support to a VPs with the objective of ensuring timely coordination of domestic and international travel arrangements, expenses report, invoice report and day to day activities

  • Provide support to other management team members within the organization to ensure unity and smooth operation

  • Assisting company event / meeting coordination (Budgets, contracts, pricing, transportation, accommodations, food and beverage selection and audio/visual requirements)

  • Manage coordination of onsite and offsite food service needs

  • Triage and do basic troubleshooting for hardware. Software and phone issues. office supply management, and other general office management functions

  • Effectively handle related activities and communications with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy and confidentiality


  • This candidate must have exceptional organizational skills and be able to take a creative approach to problem-solving

  • Excellent communication skills and Exemplary planning and time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail, flexibility

  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels, including during difficult or challenging circumstances

  • Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel

  • Proven ability to keep information organized and confidential

  • Thoughtful Collaborator: you build relationships across teams, offering help and welcoming ideas from others to drive work forward in an inclusive manner

  • Associate’s Degree preferred

  • 2+ years of administrative or EA experience

  • Familiarity with Korean customs and practices

  • Bi-lingual Korean/English.
